Three Palms combines relaxed West Coast living with the best of Cape Cod design, for a beachfront home that's sure to put guests at ease. Its position between Santa Barbara and Malibu means that it’s a little quieter than your standard California beach retreat, but the centre of Oxnard is still easily reachable. Whether making yourself at home in the living room and snuggling up with a great book or spending your time exploring the beach and local area, Three Palms has something for everyone.

Walking into the house, you'll enter the foyer, with a wide open kitchen & main living area on your left. Amateur and professional chefs will rejoice at the expansive kitchen, appointed with double ovens, two dishwashers, a Sub-Zero fridge-freezer, and large central island. Two corner nooks with oversized lounge chairs beckon those looking to put their feet up and relax or read a book while watching the dolphins swim by.
