A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Feel the Caribbean breeze, the warmth of the sun, and the vibrant energy of Isla Verde the moment you arrive. This bright 2-bedroom apartment, perched on the 7th floor of Mar de Isla Verde, is your personal paradise—so close to the airport that you can land, grab your bags, and be on the beach in less than 5 minutes.
Inside, natural light floods a cheerful space designed for true comfort: a queen bed, twin bunk beds, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer for easy living. Cool off in air-conditioned bliss, framed by partial ocean views that constantly whisper: Relax, you’re in paradise.
Step outside and the world of Isla Verde is at your feet. You’re so close to the Courtyard by Marriott, you could toss a pebble from the condo and almost hit the lobby—offering live music, beachfront dining, and endless entertainment, just steps away.
Looking for glamor? The legendary Hotel El San Juan awaits, with its James Bond-worthy mahogany lobby and vibrant nightlife that blends old-world elegance with Caribbean flair.
The building offers secure gated beach access, private underground parking, a gym, and shaded BBQ areas perfect for sunset meals. (Please note: the pool is currently under maintenance—but who needs a pool when the best beach in Puerto Rico is right outside your door?)
Whether it’s beach days, lively nights, or unforgettable island adventures, this is where your Caribbean story begins—one ocean breeze at a time.
