Host was very friendly and clear about what was expected of guests. All kitchen appliances worked fine and we had a nice meal on the back patio. The dedicated parking space is great

Cottage is in a really good location. House is smaller than it appears in listing. There was some confusion after I booked about the number of dogs allowed (we had 2) which was a surprise but we were allowed to stay after paying an additional fee.
