Completely updated, Stainless appliances, cook ware, coffee maker K cup and large 14 cup coffee maker 65” TV for the living area and 55” TVs for the bedrooms. . We think you are going to love the new Beach cottage look professionally decorated for the ultimate vacation experience for our guest! We also offer free Beach service, two chaises and an umbrella, on the beach for your use every day. Free wi-fi is also included in our Tower one 6th floor unit!

This 2-bedroom 6th floor Long Beach Resort condominium features a spacious amount of living space with oceanfront views from wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and both bedrooms. A very rare unit with both BRs directly on the water with private full baths in each bedroom (basically you have 2 master bedrooms). The unit is completely renovated with tile throughout the entire unit, granite counter tops, brand new easy close kitchen & bathroom cabinets, new paint as of October 2017. March of 2018 we made a complete change out of all furnishings, bedding, TV"S, Appliances, dishes pots and pans etc.
Our vacation rental sleeps 8 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a queen size commercial grade sofa bed in the living area. The Living room has a large flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD player. Both bedrooms also have large flat screen TV’s . This classic retreat offers a 1400 square foot floor plan. We want to insure you have the perfect vacation home.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen includes all major appliances including microwave and dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.
It is located on the sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach with a gated entry and 24 hour onsite security. No parking decks here pull up to the main entrance unload and park just feet away from the main entrance in our large main ground level parking lot. This exceptional location is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. A Walmart Super Center is one minute away for your shopping convenience. From your private balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets.
Thirteen hundred feet of magnificent, white-sand beach and beautifully landscaped tropical grounds await your arrival. The 6800-square-foot lagoon pool features waterfalls and a palm tree island that creates a Caribbean atmosphere. In addition, there are two heated Polynesian pools and three whirlpool spas. The 'Hang Out' snack bar and grill is right at the pool. The resort also has on-site availability for jet ski, parasailing, beach chair and umbrella rental services.

Why we own and rent a condo? We established a family vacation tradition many years ago, and because resorts and rental agencies rarely reserve a specific unit, it was difficult to insure the quality of our accommodations. We discovered that renting from an owner allowed us to see pictures of the specific condo we were renting, and we found much better accommodations for less money.
We eventually decided to purchase a vacation condo and take the quality a level higher. This unit is our second home and eventually we hope to retire here. We are selective as to who we lease to as it is important to us and to our future guest that the unit's integrity be maintained. We take extreme pride in providing an inviting, relaxing and romantic oceanfront vacation condo.
We believe that vacation memories with family and friends are real treasures of life especially in the right setting. That is why we selected a low-density, (just six units per floor), oceanfront condominium rich in amenities and in an ideal location. We rent it to cover the growing cost of oceanfront condo ownership. Call us for a great vacation experience at an affordable price.

Condo looked exactly like pictures and was accurate to description. View off of balcony was beautiful, staff at resort was friendly, main pool with poolside bar/grill was awesome, and the 2 reserved chairs and umbrella at beach was a much appreciated perk! Elevators were quick which is huge to me as this isn’t always the case and I hate waiting forever for the elevator. Location was convenient to several shops, ice cream, food and even the very popular Pineapple Willy’s was walkable! This is our second trip to Panama City beach and I prefer this condo/resort over the last place we chose by far. If ever returning to Panama City beach I would definitely stay in this condo again!

Loved our stay there, however, have never slept on a worst bed in my life it was like sleeping on a piece of wood. I do feel as much as these rentals cost a very good bed is not too much to ask. My back hurt the entire week

The condo smelled so clean when we walked in. Very VERY clean. Beautiful condo with amazing views. Communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend!!!!
