Enjoy the views from your own expansive private deck or kick back indoors with the massive sliders open wide while taking in the breeze and relaxing in this brand new custom pad. Looking for a peaceful nights rest? This is your place. The unit also has brand new beds and linens. Don't feel like cooking? Just walk out your door and hit up one of the many restaurants that downtown Durango has to offer. Or choose to stay in and enjoy the beautiful fully stocked custom kitchen. Really nice place in a great location. The patio area has great views and gets a pleasant breeze. The unit is right above a bike shop, which is convenient if you're looking to rent bikes, as we were.I hope they can fine-tune the checkin procedure. The description sent was very lengthy and unnecessarily complicated, resulting in some confusion.

Wonderful property in an incredible location within walking distance to everything downtown. Bike shop employees were all friendly and helpful. Sidewalk construction created a little noise during the day but never impacted us as we were always out and about. Highly recommend this property for any group that wishes to enjoy downtown Durango!
