This is a beautiful wooden villa, brand new, located in front of the Pigeon islet at 20 meters above sea level, close to the beach Malendure and Cousteau reserve. The terrace and pool offer stunning views of the sea and the Pigeon Islet.
For your arrival, no matter what day of the week: from Monday to Sunday, you choose. The minimum stay is 7 days. It is, of course, possible to plan stays of 8, 9, 10, 15 days or more; prices are then prorated based on the number of additional days, based on the initial amount of the benefit.
The villa 'Tarare' (180 M2 including 60 M2 terrace and balcony) is planned for 8 people.
The terrace and balcony are the living center of the day and a large kitchen with center island and a lounge area. The pool (7m x3) is fenced for the little ones.
The kitchen is modern, equipped with an electric oven, a dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooler.
The 4 bedrooms are air conditioned: 3 beds of 160 cm with mosquito nets and 2 beds of 90 cm equipped with mosquito nets. The 4 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms.
The living room is comfortable. TV, wifi.

This was our first visit to Guadeloupe and we had an amazing time! The house was as advertised, clean, well equipped and beautiful views!. We loved the pool, being close to many amazing restaurants and walking to the beach.

This house is great. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 teens and there was lots of room for everyone. The pool is awesome, larger than it appears in the photos. The bedrooms are all a good size and the air conditioning is welcomed after a day in the sun.
The location is great for touring the west coast of Basse-Terre with Deshaies and Basse Terre both within a 45 minute Drive. Plage Malendure is within walking distance (for those busy Sundays when parking is at a premium) or a short 5 minute drive.
Lots of amenities located nearby, supermarkets and restaurants within a few minutes’ drive. The larger town of Bouillante is only 10 minutes away.
Emilie is wonderful to work with, quick to respond and extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this house, the view is breathtaking and with the house facing west, gorgeous sunsets are the norm.
