This midrise building is conveniently located on the oceanblock and is just steps to the beach. The three bedroom, two bath units are equipped with full kitchen, living-dining area, washer and dryer, and unit air conditioners. An elevator and reserved parking for one car complete the package. Restaurants, shopping, and miniature golf are close by. Some units are non-smoking and some are pet friendly with paid fee.

Great location! Pet friendly. Very spacious. Furnishings were outdated and one of the lamps was broken and zip tied. Tv in the one spare room was a terrible picture as it was static. Carpet was ripped in several spots.

Great place and location. Replace the carpet with laminate flooring and that will get rid of the cat pee smell. Not a huge deal since I have cats. Clean or replace the air filters in the air conditioners. Air quality is important. Other than that - no worries
