Sunny aspect of patio & outdoor furniture
The 'welcome pack' - all items not useful - it would be better to be supplied with a larger washing up liquid and shower gel and shampoo.

The Location is ok.
To small for a family with 4. The price is high for this kind of apartment.
Shower is ca. 40 cm above the floor.
