PARKING . You have parking spots for 4 cars in front of the garage. NO STREET PARKING.
DAMAGE: You are renting a private home. Please treat the property with the respect you would like shown to your own home. You will be responsible for any damaged or missing items. DO NOT wash the comforters. They are not suitable for the in-unit washer and may be damaged. If laundering is needed, wash only the duvet covers in the unit.

House was clean, communication was good, check in was easy, and directions for heaters, keys, etc, were posted and easy to understand. Not a luxury environment, but fun and comfortable. Everything worked, and there were plenty of cleaning supplies, towels, etc. The gameroom in the garage was fun too.

The host definitely put a lot of thought into this rental. There are great touches throughout the home-outlets in the bedframes, arcade games, well appointed kitchen, etc. We had a minor issue come up with the bathroom circuit, and they very promptly fixed the problem for us.We'd stay here again. A great little home for families or a small group.

For the most part the house was plenty nice enough for our stay. We weren’t in it much, as our mission in Westport was fishing. But we were able to rest up comfortably to be ready for the bar and the fishing each day.
The only negatives I would say about the place are that the garbage was full upon our arrival and the only way the property sleeps 10 is if you’re bringing 5 couples or doubling up in the beds. There is boat parking, for a smaller boat, but the neighbors were friendly. They didn’t complain about me needing some of the street to park my offshore.
I would rent the place again next year for our annual fishing trip. I’d just add a moorage to my visit and attempt to stash the trailer in the boat parking, assuming I have the room to make the swing.
Besides the trash and sleeping arrangements, great stay! If you’re a group of fishermen, it’s a great place a couple mins from the launch. Just keep in mind, you’ll probably want to cap at 5, not 10.
