excellent location, beautiful room, friendly host

When I arrived I was offered a cuppa and Kieran was really friendly and helpful. He asked what I was visiting for and advised what things to see and places to eat, etc. I will be back again, it was a brilliant place to stay and city to visit.

We where at the theatre it is so handy 5 min up the street and staff so friendly and nice.

Kieran was son kind and made my stay so easy on Derry. Very warm and comfortable room

Nice little room, very cosy, great location. The host was super nice and had great chat! Continental breakfast was simple but lovely, just what we needed before heading out for the day. Great value for money!

Could hear the people above us from early in the morning, but not much can be done about that! Was really quiet at night time though. That’s just being picky!

Guest house was in a good location. It was clean and warm.

Not suitable for slightly disabled. Steps to front door were a nightmare. Asked for a room on the ground floor. Put in room #1 up a flight of stairs. Room was tiny, had no where to even put my clothes or suitcase. Met owner first day and he never showed me round. No hot breakfast and that room was down a flight of stairs to the basement so never made it. Reception locked when owner wasn't there which was most of the day. Wouldn't recommend

Kieran was hilarious, the room was clean and comfortable.

The room had 2 single beds was unfortunate but hey ho.

Excellent communication beforehand regarding entry and room key pickup. It looks like the place has been completely refurbished - it was spotless. Room 1 was small but perfect for a 1-night stay for a single person. So close to the town centre too.

Breakfast in the morning was a bit frugal. .

Location inside the famous walls of the city, within walking distance of any where you would need to go.

The location is close to everything in the city centre. The room was nice and warm (temperature control inside the room) which I appreciated since I stayed during the ice and frost of December.

Girls night away. Location was great , value for money and a pleasant host. We shall return :)

Kieran is a Excellent host. location is in the Hart of the city .

This was the best accomodation we experienced during our stay in Ireland. The place was clean, quiet, and perfectly located. Furthermore, we had a challenging situation come up and the host went out of his way and above and beyond to help us sort it out. He treated us as a friend, and we now think of him as the same. Superb experience.

Excellent location in central Derry/Londonderry literally a stones throw from the City walls. Check in very easy. Room cosy. Lovely continental breakfast. Kieran is a great host and a lovely chap. Excellent place to stay to see the sights with shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance.
