Welcome to Lucaya - a charming, Bahamian inspired gated community located in the highly desired southwest Fort Myers neighborhood. At Lucaya you are minutes from our beautiful Gulf beaches and the shores of the Caloosahatchee River. You will drive up historic McGregor Boulevard, lined with majestic Royal Palms, past the winter homes of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford, and be minutes from all the shopping, dining, and entertainment you could hope for during your stay!
**Please note - Bookings made for a check-in date within 15 days will not be accepted, since the condo association has to approve all applications and they take 10-15 days to review. Please make sure your check-in date is at least 20 days out from booking - we will send additional info once your booking is received. There is a $100 application fee per tenant to be paid at the time of processing your application and background check via Tenant Eval.**

Lucaya is ideally located close to Sanibel and Captiva Islands, downtown Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach and Cape Coral. Additional destinations such as Bonita Springs and Naples combine to offer some of the finest shopping, dining, beaches, professional sports and cultural experiences you will find southwest Florida, and are all close enough to fill your days with new and exciting adventures!
This property is approximately 14 miles from RSW International Airport and 7 miles to Fort Myers Beach.
No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes is allowed anywhere on the property; this includes the condo, front entryway, and lanai.
No pets allowed.
Minimum age to rent is 25.
This property is located within an HOA-governed community; however, our management responsibilities are limited solely to the individual unit you are renting. We do not manage, maintain, or have authority over any shared or common areas, including the pools or any other community amenities, to include routine maintenance, repairs, or any unexpected maintenance issues that may arise within these shared spaces. As such, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of any community amenities at any given time, as these matters fall outside our control.

This condo was one of if not the nicest condo we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in many.Well stocked, anything you could need if you like to cook. Furnishings were lovely, bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels and sheets to use and a washing machine & dryer! Lovely grounds as well. There were 2 swimming pools, one at each end of the development, easy to access.The only downside for me was that you needed a car to go to anything. I prefer the ability to walk to some eateries or stores.But that’s a personal preference.

We enjoyed our stay at Lucaya. The customer service from Brett and Aiden was great. They answered all phone calls promptly. I highly recommend.

The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures. Everything was very neat and in order when we got there. Dealing with them was so very easy and they were all just helpful and wonderful. Any questions we had they got back to us immediately. We dealt with Brett most of the time and next time we go he will be the person I call. He was so very nice and helpful and again we did not have to wait for any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend them highly. I would definitely deal with them again next time we go.
