This large private home is ideally located just a couple blocks to Main Street and Park City Mountain Town Lift. It's great for families or groups - it comfortably sleeps up to 13! It's on the free town shuttle so it's easy to access Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and all of Park City's activities and entertainment.

This spacious home has three floors. Three bedrooms are upstairs; The main bedroom has a king bed and a fireplace, Smart TV, and a balcony deck. It shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with a double vanity with a bedroom that has a twin bed plus twin bunks. The third bedroom on the top floor has a king bed and a private bath.

The bottom floor has two comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has two twin beds which can be converted into a king bed with 24-hours advance notice. The two bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom with a double vanity. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room area on the bottom floor which also features a large screen Smart TV, and a half bath.

The main floor is perfect for spending time with the group. The open floor plan has two seating areas, one with a cozy wood burning fireplace and the other with a large screen Smart TV. The full kitchen is in the middle, with a dining table seating 8 and 3 bar stools at the counter.

Additional features include air conditioning, washer and dryer, private year round hot tub, free Wi-Fi, propane grill, Smart TVs throughout the home so you can log in and stream your favorite content. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Moderate rating.
