Indian Palms is the epitome of relaxation! This 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests, however, it can sleep up to 6 guests with the assistance of a sleeper sofa. Las Palmas offers so many amenities, you could spend your whole vacation at the resort and never get bored! With an outdoor & indoor pool and spa, basketball and tennis courts, outdoor shuffleboard, a splash pad, fitness center, outdoor checkers, and a park; your days will be full of relaxation and fun! Indian Palms is in the heart of southern Utah, surrounded by National and State Parks, many golf courses, and downtown St. George, taking an adventurous day trip has never been easier. We love our stay at Las Palmas!!! The view from our Condo was spectacular!!! WE felt safe and comfortable.Our Condo was in a great location for getting to the places we wanted to go. We will be back again and again!Thanks so Much for a Great!

The condo was clean and spacious however, the master bathroom ceiling was leaking water through the fan vent. When we called the Red Sands property managers they noted the issue yet never came out to repair the leak. They later returned the call and still nothing was done to resolve the issue. We finally just left and will not book this property ever again!! Also, the AC was blowing only warm air. Very disappointing all around.
