This is an unique one bedroom apartment of 85 sqm, it is set in the deep heart of Prague's most vibrant area, in a sought-after location and definitely one of Prague's finest addresses. It is adjacent to the Old Town Square and just a few steps from the famous Old Jewish Town, it is also very close by to the trendy and to the famous Parizska street with its vast selection of superb shopping.
At a short stroll you will reach the left bank of the Vltava River, the Charles Bridge and then the Lesser Town and the Prague Castle area. You’ll be spoiled for choice for places to visit when you stay at this prestigious address.
Everything you need is at your fingertips, the area is home to some of the most exclusive boutiques, traditional Czech pubs, trendy bars and romantic cafes. Housed on the second floor of a well maintained grand old building on a quiet residential street, our host’s,Rached’s, apartment is accessible by elevator or by gracefully winding stairs. Once inside, you will find a spacious, airy, convenient, and comfortable place to settle for four days or for four weeks. Equipped with every modern convenience, including a washer and dryer, it is a home away from from home. The kitchen provides all that is needed to prepare anything from a light snack to a gourmet meal. Rached also provides a coffee machine that can prepare any kind of cup you may prefer, from americano to espresso. He also thoughtfully provides the beans along with a selection of basic spices for the cook. The location is a short walk-through winding, stone paved medieval streets to much of what old Prague has to offer - old town, new town, and the riverfront where one can take a tour boat or walk across the Charles bridge to the castle section of town with its splendid cathedral and magnificent view of the city. Though the apartments neighborhood is residential in character, close by are multiple eating venues, ranging from a focaccia to go place, to a small café, to a Michelin recommended restaurant, There is also a nearby grocery store, and just around the corner a small bakery that specializes in gingerbread. I urge you to try it.

Excellent and quiet flat in the heart of old town. The place is spacious, with a well-stocked kitchen and a great coffee machine. The AC worked well for us, and it's super quiet at night and even during the day. You're a two minute walk from a tram station, and under a 20 minute walk from a ton of great restaurants and shops. Absolutely would stay here again.

We have stayed here 4 times and as usual it was perfect for the 2 of us. We were here for 5 nights and the price was less than most hotels! Great and quiet location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. A huge mall is only 5 minutes walking also.The apartment has great storage as well as bedding, towels, etc. The kitchen is immaculate with all the amenities. I especially liked the espresso machine. Even ice trays in the refrigerator! It is roomy and there is another sofa bed in the tv room.Netflix and Prime are available too. Rached is a great host and met us from our Vienna trip right on time. Whenever we return this will be our apartment. I highly recommend it.
