8 / 10Eccellente·mag 2026
This is 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms over 3 floors. The bathroom’s shower on the ground floor did not drain. The towel situation was less than ideal. There were 5 bath towels for 5 guests 3 hand towels for 5 guests and enough washcloths for all 5 guests. But no kitchen towels at all.Parking on the street is scarce but there is a garage for 1 car and 1 car can park in front of garage. There was a remote to operate driveway gate but not the garage door so someone has to run inside and open it.The beds were very comfortable and the AC system kept the unit at a great temperature. The kitchen is stocked with minimal glasses/coffee cups. These items are easily fixable. If a unit is advertised for 8 people it should be stocked with sufficient towels, cups, glasses for at least 8 people.
