The pictures do not do this condo justice. When I walked in, I was struck by how bright and spacious and very, very clean this condo was. It’s in a gorgeous building with a tropical indoor courtyard, swimming pool, and fitness center. The Wi-Fi was very reliable and strong (I’m a Netflix and YouTube junkie). The location is absolutely perfect – near downtown, but just a few blocks away so you feel like a local. I didn’t have a car, but I walked everywhere (Little Italy, Balboa Park, Embarcadero) and what wasn’t close enough to walk to, was just a short trolley or bus ride away (Old Town, Mission Beach, Coronado Island). I went to some really great restaurants, but I frequently cooked at home, too. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, food wrap, and basic condiments. The owners are very responsive and even met me with a little basket of snacks when I arrived. I highly recommend this unit if you are staying in the San Diego area.

Thank YOU, Twee, for your quick attention to our needs. We appreciate that you're only a text/call away when something needs attention. We love the property, its location and we will definitely come back next year.

Great location and very comfortable. Safe and convenient access to the best part of Downtown San Diego Little Italy Neighborhood. Bryan and Michi were very responsive when I had issues with the cable TV and fixed it right away.

What a lovely place and the location is PERFECT. We got the opportunity to explore Little Italy by foot, no need to take the car. Thanks for the host for being responsive. We will be back!
