This charming lakefront accomodation, for up to 4 guests, recently renovated is part of the "Villa della Marchesa", directly on the shores of Lake Lugano. It combines comfort and an unbeatable location.
It features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a designer bathroom, a functional sleeping area with bunk beds, and a cozy double bedroom.
Sourrounded by nature, offers a beautifully maintained 3,000 sqm Mediterranean park, with direct lake access and a small natural privat beach. It is the perfect place to enjoy the lake from morning to night.
The park is exclusively for the use of guests staying in the villa's four wings (each approximately 60 sq m) and its dependance, a 100 sq m house for up to six people that is also located in the park.
Guests benefit from free private enclosed parking on site. Upon prior request, a private boat mooring in the boathouse or at the pier is also available—ideal for guests traveling with a boat or wishing to explore the lake by water.
Outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxation: sun loungers, tables, chairs, and a barbecue area are surrounded by citrus and olive trees, offering a true Italian “dolce vita” experience.
The property is also extremely family-friendly. Children will enjoy a dedicated playground with a trampoline, treehouse, ping-pong table, sandbox, and swings, ensuring fun and entertainment in a safe natural environment.
