Escape to a quieter side of Lake Tulloch at our panoramic south shore home.
Please note: Due to Tri-Dam’s invasive species prevention efforts, public launch ramps are currently closed for motorized boats. The public launch ramp is expected to be open by Spring 2026, with a same-day inspection process. In the meantime, the lake remains fully open for kayaks, paddleboards, swimming, fishing, and birdwatching. With fewer boats on the water, this is a rare chance to experience Lake Tulloch’s serene beauty—calm, clear, and refreshingly peaceful.
From our private shoreline, you can swim off the dock, paddle across glassy coves, or simply float and soak up the stillness. Keep an eye out for local wildlife—it's common to spot osprey, bald eagles, red-tailed hawks, and other native species soaring overhead.

Our family LOVED our time here. We woke up to spectacular views and went to sleep in comfy beds! Everything else in between was all we needed for an awesome family vacation! The layout of the house is really cool for spending time together. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed and the way the tables and couches are set up is great for hanging out and playing games. The super dock was perfect for hanging out by the water and swimming. Everything about the house was set up perfectly for children and adults to have a wonderful time! Before we left we were already talking about our next trip back!

Our group had an amazing Fourth of July here. The house is well set up for big families and groups. The views are amazing. The walk down to the dock is not bad.

It felt clean and pet friendly. Lovely views and accommodated 12 of us without any hiccups. Very well stocked kitchen. The furniture is a bit dated and one bathroom had flooding issues due to lack of door or shower curtain. Except for that, it was a beautiful stay
