Room - the room with no view had a ceiling fan which didn’t work because the remote didn’t have batteries and the room got really hot and stuffy at night. Location - location was excellent, except that we had to pay an additional $15 for parking. The parking is extremely small and they park as many cars as possible. Once you park, there is no way you can leave. Ease of check-in - when messaging the property manager it took a while to get a response. I was given a phone number for an individual at the property who could not communicate through the this app. I had to call and my cell phone doesn’t have service in Mexico. I asked if that person can send me a message through WhatsApp and did not receive a response.
