Set on a working vineyard in Cornville, this 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom estate pairs resort-style amenities with sweeping 360° views of the Verde Valley. It's built for large families and groups who want room to spread out and plenty of reasons to spend time outdoors.
Living & Dining
Cathedral ceilings and walls of glass frame the views from the great room, a natural gathering spot after a day of exploring. The kitchen is made for cooking for a crowd, with an oversized island, a separate baker's table, double ovens, double stoves, double dishwashers, and a wine cooler. When the evening calls for something more polished, the formal dining room seats eight.
Pool, Spa, Casita & Grounds
Out back, you'll find an unheated pool and a heated spa, with a nearby gazebo offering shade and cushioned lounge seating. The pool is not heated, so water temperature will vary with the season and may be too cool for swimming during colder months. The spa is heated for soaking year-round. The attached casita is an entertainment hub of its own, with multi-level theater seating, a large HD TV, an arcade game, board games, a bar, and a cooler and ice maker for poolside drinks. Past the pool, you'll find a working herb garden, a bocce ball court, a windmill, and a cornhole setup. For sunsets, head up to the second-story patio.
Bedrooms
Primary Suite: King bed, TV, fireplace, walk-in closet, and vineyard views. The ensuite bath has a soaking tub and a walk-in shower, and the laundry room is right next door.
Guest Room 2 (main floor, ADA accessible): Queen bed, roll-in shower, widened doorways, and private French doors opening to the front courtyard, fountain, and vineyard.
Guest Room 3 (main floor): Queen bed, a desk for remote work, and French doors leading to the outdoor fireplace.
Guest Room 4 (upstairs): Two full beds plus a twin bunk, with direct access to the upper patio and unobstructed sunset views.
Guest Room 5 (upstairs): Queen bed, large closet, vineyard views, and a crib for little ones.
Bonus Space
Past a private upstairs balcony, a reading nook with a small library offers a quiet corner and some of the best views in the house.
Good to Know
The pool is NOT heated. Pool heating is not available for this property, and water temperature depends on the weather and season. Only the spa is heated.

House Rules
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~ Spa heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent thespa from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
