The Space:

As soon as you cross the threshold, you will be enveloped by a welcoming and bright atmosphere. Upon entering the living area, you will be amazed by the splendid view of the Iroise Sea and the Four lighthouse. You will discover a spacious and open living space: the modern, fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, creating an ideal place to relax and gather. A French window opens onto a terrace, where you can fully enjoy the outdoors and its completely unobstructed sea view.



The apartment also has two carefully designed bedrooms, offering each person a quiet resting space. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 twin beds, allowing you to have either 2 single beds of 80x200 or a double bed of 160x200 in each room. A well-appointed bathroom and separate toilets complete this space for your greatest comfort.



The flat also has a private garage, which is ideal for storing sports equipment or bicycles (there is a power socket for charging an electric bike).



Located in a former school completely renovated in 2024, the OCEAN VIEW apartment is on the 2nd floor with a lift. The residence is close to all amenities and the nearest beach is less than 400m away.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? A final clean is included, and bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the accommodation works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.



This apartment is managed by Hestia Conciergerie, to guarantee you a unique and unforgettable traveller experience. We will be at your disposal throughout your stay to help you organise your trip, recommend the best addresses and also book activities according to your wishes. We also offer a rental service: childcare equipment, games, sports equipment (scooters, paddles, molkky...) You will thus feel right at home!



A security deposit will be required before each stay. This must be paid via a secure credit card authorisation through our digital welcome booklet.



Smokers are accepted but only outside this accommodation. Parties are also prohibited.



This flat is suitable for people with reduced mobility (excluding wheelchair users).
