With 1 bedroom and 51 square meters, the apartment is on the first floor. The 15-square-meter balcony, overlooking the garden and the pool, offers great views of the surrounding area.
It’s only 850 meters from the sea and a 15-minute walk to the city center.
The “Pingo Doce Cascais - Guia” supermarket, which has everything you might need (including a restaurant and takeout options), is just 120 meters away.
There is a bus stop right in front of the villa that can take you to the city center or to the beaches. If you want to travel to Lisbon, trains from Cascais to Lisbon (Cais do Sodré) depart every 20 minutes, from 5:30 AM to 1:30 AM, and the trip takes about 40 minutes. The bus to Sintra from downtown Cascais takes about 30 minutes.
There are several MobiCascais kiosks nearby where you can rent traditional or electric bicycles and electric scooters.
Free parking is available inside the building and on the street.
The restaurants are just a short walk away, whether you prefer international cuisine or some hidden gems of traditional Portuguese cuisine.

We had a fabulous stay here, property was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The location is very special, such a beautiful part of Portugal. Our host was warm and welcoming, offering lots of informative and advice of where to go. We would highly recommend.
