This inviting three bedroom retreat blends southern charm with laid-back island living. Sip sweet tea on the classic screened front porch with its swaying porch swing, or relax in the shaded backyard beneath century-old oak trees while the Tybee breeze rolls through.

Step through the screened entry into a bright, airy interior filled with coastal, nautical-inspired decor. The open living area boosts soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, a spacious sectional sofa, and a smart tv — ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. Just off the kitchen, a second screened porch with seating for six invites you to dine alfresco.

The main level features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed and wall-mountain smart tv, sharing a beautifully appointed hall bathroom with a glass-tile walk-in shower. Upstairs, the third bedroom offers two double beds plus bunk beds for the kids, along with a private ensuite bathroom featuring a tub and shower combo.
