• Maximum Occupancy: 12;
• Parking: Up to 3 cars allowed. There is a 1-car garage as well as additional parking in the driveway. During snowfall, street parking is prohibited due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so snowplows can operate safely;
• Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available from November through May;
• Winter travel requires 4WD/AWD vehicles with snow tires or chains;
• Quiet hours are enforced from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM in accordance with Placer County regulations;
• Full Terms & Conditions will be provided upon booking and completion of the Booking Confirmation;
• A Rental Agreement is required to confirm your reservation and must be signed within 24 hours of booking;
• Exterior security cameras are installed on the property.

🏌️ Schaffer’s Mill Golf Access – Guest Policy
- Unaccompanied or sponsored guest play is not permitted on Fridays, Saturdays, and Holidays
- Unaccompanied or sponsored guest tee times are available Sunday–Thursday after 12:00 PM only
- Tee times can be booked up to 14 days in advance
- Guest rate: $305 per round (rates are subject to change at any time at Schaffer's Mill's discretion).
- Guests may play a maximum of 5 times per calendar year
- Exclusions: Organized club events (tournaments, guest days, invitationals, etc.) are not included under the guest policy

• Properly dispose of garbage in designated bear-proof bins
