Dawn Patrol at Croatan Surf Club — Oceanfront Sunrises from Your Private Balcony

The name says it all. Dawn Patrol is built for early risers and ocean lovers — wake to the sound of waves, stretch out on a chaise on one of two private balconies, and watch the sun come up over the Atlantic before the beach crowds arrive. This two-level, townhouse-style oceanfront condo in Croatan Surf Club has everything you need for a relaxed OBX stay.

Room to Spread Out

Three bedrooms, each with its own TV, give everyone their own space. Upstairs, the huge open living and dining area is made for entertaining, lazy afternoons, or sunrise coffee with a front-row ocean view. The modern open kitchen features granite countertops and a breakfast bar for casual meals. A washer and dryer in the unit and Wi-Fi round out the essentials.

Croatan Surf Club Amenities

The community's resort-style amenities are steps away: an indoor heated pool open year-round, a seasonal oceanfront pool and hot tub, an exercise room, and a walkway over the dunes to the beach. Community elevators make unloading easy (elevators are a community amenity and availability cannot be guaranteed).
