The villa is very tastefully furnished with every modern appliance you would expect in a 5 star luxury villa. ANSV12 has an 8X4m out door heated pool with a aqua bed built in. The ground level sea views from this villa are truly amazing. Please note that as for all our properties poolheating is charged extra at euro35 per day.
Ayia Napa has over the last couple of years developed into a cosmopolitan resort with an array of colourful bars, restaurants and shops. Our 3rd time to Agia Thekla. Loved our stay at Lavander Villa. Very private villa with mature gardens and a lovely newly re-tiled Pool overlooking the sea. Villa is modern, clean and got the all important WI-FI for work and play. We would love to come back!

We loved the villa in general and the views were fantastic,
There is a sharp corner in the pool that is a bit dangerous, we thought this should be a curved or rounded off.
The key removal system switches off the dishwasher so you can’t go out and put it on.
The AC needs topping up with Gas as some units don’t blow cold.
