Sunset Landing

Please note: Through Spring 2026, the condo association will be reconstructing the seawall. This project includes the removal and replacement of the stairs down to the docks. The stairs are estimated to be replaced by Memorial Day 2026.

Wake up to the sights of boats gently swaying on the water and spend your days soaking in the best of Douglas and Saugatuck.

This stunning split-level condo offers a luxurious retreat just off the Saugatuck Harbor, with high-end finishes and thoughtfully designed spaces that make every moment feel special.

Step inside to an open and inviting upper level, where soaring ceilings and designer decor set the stage for relaxation. The living room features a seasonal gas fireplace, a large smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, and a built-in desk for those who need to stay connected. A plush sofa sleeper provides additional sleeping space.

Just beyond the sliding glass doors, the spacious upper deck invites you to dine al fresco at the large table for six, all while taking in the picturesque views of the docks and water.

The kitchen is a dream, offering stone counters, stainless steel appliances, and an apron-front sink. Whether you're brewing coffee in the morning, toasting up a quick breakfast, or preparing a full meal, this kitchen has everything you need.

Gather around the formal dining table inside to share meals and stories of the day's adventures. A full bathroom on this level features a shower-tub combo with a glass door and custom tile surround.

The lower level is home to two well-appointed bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry room for your convenience. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, Smart TV, and direct access to the lower balcony—an ideal spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. This balcony features multiple seating options, all overlooking the peaceful waterscape. The bathroom includes a double vanity and a walk-in shower with custom tilework and a glass door. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, perfect for family or friends. In total, the condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests.

Located just a half mile from downtown Douglas, you're within easy reach of charming shops, local restaurants, a playground, a public library, a grocery store, and even a bowling alley. Douglas Beach on Lake Michigan is just 1.1 miles away, with a bike and walking path leading most of the way there. The greater Saugatuck-Douglas area is full of activities for every interest—whether it's indulging in homemade ice cream, exploring waterfront boardwalks, browsing antique shops, hiking scenic trails, or sipping wine at local vineyards.
