This place was very homey for our family and clean, we absolutely appreciate an very grateful for being able to stay in this peaceful area our children also loved to the point didn't want leave and the host was spot on to our every need it was a blessing to stay here.

We were in town for college graduation. The home was spotless. It was well appointed the host was Johnny on the spot communicating with her was extremely easy. The property was quiet and centrally located for what we were looking for.

Janine provides a clean, well equipped home. She's a great communicator, and the space is as described. The stay was perfect for our work trip to the area. When we had to extend one night, Janine was very accommodating. Please note, the stay requires either a refundable 5,000 damage deposit, or a non-refundable 119 insurance policy to book, so keep that in mind!

We have made several trips to Greensboro and this is the best place we have stayed. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Communication with renter was excellent. Close to Guilford College was a plus. We would recommend and will rent again at this property.
