Our experience was wonderful! The unit was beautifully decorated and furnished, clean as can be and very comfortable overall. It was very conveniently located and allowed us a place to relax after a day at the beach. The host was very attentive, responsive and available for anything during our stay. We would highly recommend for anybody considering staying at this location.

It is a beautiful home, new subdivision, the pool is right across the street, near lots of golf courses in North Sarasota!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this holiday home! The property exceeded our expectations and looked even better than in the photos. The house was spotlessly clean, brand new, and equipped with absolutely everything one could need. I’ve never stayed in a vacation home with such a perfectly stocked kitchen – not a single thing was missing. We felt completely comfortable and at home from the very first moment, and we’re already planning our return. The community pool was fantastic – a great way to cool off, even on cloudy or rainy days. And whenever the weather turned, it was so convenient to be just a few steps away from the house.Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and we greatly appreciated the late check-out. We absolutely loved our stay here and can recommend this place without hesitation!
