The accommodations were comfortable and very clean and the host was incredibly responsive. Overall it was a relaxing and great time and we had a great time.

Everything was as described—no surprises. It’s a remote area, but you’ll have the beach to yourself. A 4WD is a must, especially when it’s raining, as the roads in Providenciales flood easily.

Clean property with the necessities needed for an enjoyable stay. No complaints. However, women beware, there is no full length mirror so be prepared to pose in the bathroom

We stayed for 3 nights of our 7 night trip. I’m glad we only did 3 nights, it is about 25 minutes from the shops and restaurants at grace bay. The host was super nice and communicative. The property and pool was very nice but during our stay there was a lot of mosquitos to the point of not being able to stay outside past 4:30pm (not the condos fault but something to know before you go). It’s a much less expensive option than grace bay but you get what you pay for.
