From here you enter the large living room with its fully equipped open design kitchen. Crossing this well decorated space you find on the left side a large room with a double bed, in the center a nice room with a french bed and on the right side the access to the bathroom with a shower and washing machine.



Everywhere you will note paintings, pictures, design objects and lamps. The owner renovated and restructured the apartment only recently and furnished and decorated the apartment with great taste.



The apartment is ideal for a couple, 2 couples, a family with two children or a little group of friends. The sea and beaches and the center of Castiglione della Pescaia are not far away … and after a long day on the beach you can relax under the shade of the trees in this little peaceful oasis.
