House is in general quite new and in good condition. Service with housekeeping / cleaning daily is good and generel location in decent. BUT what i did not notice in any picture is the MAIN ROAD is exactly 1 meter from the house so expect quite a bit of traffic noise always. Water trucks going up and down from morning to evening.
All people are nice and helpful - despite not much reaction on text messages ( 2 of 10 maybe ) - but in general all works out if you dont mind traffic and prefer a more quit area...
