ArtOikia is an exclusive complex of three luxurious villas, each offering a tranquil retreat with uninterrupted views of the Cretan Sea. Set in a quiet and relaxing location, the villas provide complete privacy and a serene escape immersed in nature.
Thalassa Villa accommodates up to four guests and combines contemporary design with touches of Cretan tradition. The interior features a spacious living room with large windows framing the sea, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area. The villa has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy.
Outdoors, the private pool is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. Comfortable sunbeds and lounge areas surround the pool, while a terrace with a dining table and electric grill provides an inviting space for al fresco meals and social gatherings.
Guests have full private access to all areas of the villa, both indoors and outdoors.
Thalassa Villa is near Agios Pavlos Beach, known for its pristine waters, and close to the most famous south coast beaches of Rethymno. A secluded Prasonisi Beach is nearby, ideal for walking, swimming, and photography. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies are about a 30-minute drive in Spili or Agia Galini villages.
The villa offers an outdoor parking space, where you can safely park your car. To fully explore the surrounding region and reach all nearby attractions with ease, renting a car is highly recommended. As some parts of the road are unpaved, an SUV or similar vehicle is advisable to ensure a comfortable and flexible travel experience.

• Temperature Setting | Pool heating can be adjusted to reach up to 28°C, depending on prevailing outdoor conditions. Please note, a pool cover is unavailable.

• Extra Charges | €70 per day applies.
• Minimum Booking | Pool heating must be reserved for a minimum of three consecutive days, with costs calculated accordingly.
