This holiday home is located near the beautiful Tyrolean village of Fügen. The house consists of 2 flats, the 1st one with a kitchen on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms with bathroom on the 1st floor.

The owner of the accommodation lives on the ground floor and uses the shared staircase.

The house also has a heated ski cellar, a bicycle garage and a lawn with a swing. In the summer you can also use the BBQ, which is at your disposal.

If you come in the winter for a wonderful winter sport, then you can leave your car at home. The ski bus stop is 200 m from the house. The bus takes you in a few minutes to the nearby Spieljochbahn lift and to the well-known Hochzillertal/Hochfügen ski area.
