The two of us stayed at Casa da Ladeira from 26.08.2024 to 09.09.2024. We really enjoyed our stay from the very first day. The house is ideally located with a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean. The garden is beautiful with many different types of palm trees and is automatically irrigated. The pool is large enough and the sun terrace is very inviting. Nothing is missing in the house. The kitchen in particular is well equipped. The hosts are very friendly and extremely obliging and helpful. For us it was 2 wonderful weeks in paradise.

It's a nicely maintained, spacious, pretty well-equipped house, furnished in good taste throughout. The terrace area provides plenty of outdoor space. The view is as shown, stunnng. The pool is not huge, but good for a plunge on a hot day. The property is at the intersection of two country roads, immediately below the terrace, but they are not busy. Fajá da Ovelha is a thinly-populated area, rather isolated, so prepare yourself for plenty of driving, much of it on winding roads or through tunnels. Local drivers are somewhat prone to tailgating.

Absolutely perfect. The house is very clean, all equipments, well located ( quiet place, in front of the sea, very good restaurants nearby) and the owner helped us in less than one hour on every inquiry we could have. Whenever you stay more than one week, the cleaning service on saturday is really a good thing. We recommend !

Very well appointed property, great place to relax and take in the amazing sea views. Only major issue was HomeAway’s erroneous description of property having air con, when it didn’t.
