Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 85 m² chalet with mountain views in Prénovel to rent for up to 4 people. It comprises a 19 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 3,000 m² garden. WiFi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is made up as follows:
On the 1ᵉʳ floor
- A 19 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
On the ground floor
- Separate WC
- A utility room
For even greater comfort, the owner has decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Exterior:
- An unenclosed garden of 3,000 m² and a south-facing terrace of 8m² with a table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather.
The chalet is ideally located in Prénovel, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market (around 14 km away)...
Activities :
- The outdoor swimming pool at the Duchet visitor centre, located 200 m from the chalet (admission charge).
- Prénovel peat bog
- Duchet lookout
- Nanchez Nordic Site - Prénovel, Chaux des Prés, Les Piards
- Belvederes and Nanchez peat bog" hike
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the chalet's garage and private outdoor car park.
For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint Laurent en Granvaux, 17 minutes away by car
- Nearest airports: Lyon Saint Exupéry and Geneva are 1? hours away by car.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Free WiFi available (fibre optics)
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge of €70.00 payable to our on-site service provider).
