The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:

- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, extractor hood, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, hob… a dining area and access to the terrace

- A utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board…

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190) and one pull-out sofa bed (140×190)

You’ll be able to appreciate the charm of this rural hamlet as well as the rich variety of flora and fauna in the surrounding state-owned forest. What’s more, you’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a lively local market. Saumur is a 20-minute drive away, Angers 30 minutes and Tours 40 minutes, offering quick and convenient access to these popular destinations. Access to the A85 motorway is 5 km away.

- Nearest airport: Angers, approximately 36 km away (28 mins by car)
- We recommend travelling by car to make the most of your stay.
