Loft located on the top floor with elevator, a 20 Mq terrace and a private roof terrace as well as a 45 Mq balcony with 360 ° views of the city, mountain and sea. 100 meters from the Promenade des Anglais and private and public beaches. Close to all shops and the center. Direct access from the airport by tram or bus whose stops are less than 100 meters from the apartment.

This top floor condo is beautiful with its 2 level balcony overlooking the city and the sea! The outdoor space is so lovely and really sets this spot apart. It’s in quieter neighborhood and feels very local, rather than touristy, and is a block from the beach. Our one complaint is that the bed was extremely firm, so be warned if you like a soft bed!

The location was wonderful. Very close to the beach and the quaint streets of Nice filled with restaurants, shops and boutiques. The bed was a little uncomfortable. (Hard mattress) Ati was wonderful. Easy to communicate with and responds quickly.

An excellent loft for a long stay in Nice. Close to tram line, boulangries, super markets, and beach! The extra rooftop space is a great place to unwind each evening after a long day of sightseeing in the region. We did however find the bedroom mattress to be uncomfortable but that is the only flaw. Highly recommend.
