SUNDAY FOR FREE TC's: Book pay for Friday and Saturday night stay and ask us to add in the Sunday for free. Valid stays 1 May30 Nov 2026. Subject to availability. Excludes public holiday weekends school holidays. Not valid with any other offers or promotions.
The house is fully fenced for our children and pets. A beautiful sunny garden and undercover outdoor lounge and dining makes this our go to accommodation for winter and summer.
The interior has a lovely coastal feel with natural linens and modern furniture. There is even a large garage with table tennis for the kids to be entertained.
Snuggle up in front of the fire in winter and walk to wonderful ocean beaches.
This is nestled close to the Point Nepean National Park it only takes us only 2 mins to walk to the National Park walking trail and an 8 minute walk to Pirates Bay.
When we are feeling energetic we head to the Blairgowrie Cafe only a 30-minute walk or we settle ourselves on the beach and swim in the shallow waters watching the yachts bob up and down.
At night we either head into Sorrento for a choice of restaurants or keep it local in Blairgowrie at the wonderful Panda for dinner and drinks. Its just a 3 min drive to Koonya General Store to pick up your morning coffee.

What fun! a new house to visit that lets four-legged friends like me sleep inside.
Yay! a garden with tall fences to keep me safe. I love walking to Koonya Dog Beach where I can go swimming in the ocean with all the other doggies.
And theres a special basket just for me. No way! Whats in there? Ooh, ooh! a treat from PAWDINKUM. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

My wife and I and our dog had a fantastic stay for our anniversary little getaway. The place was immaculate, spacious and in a perfect location. With a large fenced backyard and a lovely entertaining area, we felt safe and very relaxed.
We would love to stay at this property again and highly recommend it to anyone…thank you again! :)

This property is ideal for a holiday stay with pets. There were a couple of things needing attention including lawns and resupply of bathroom products which we informed the property manager of.
