Villa PoliFlora consists of an Apartment up to 3 people in classical style with one triple bedroom and one bathroom, with a large well-equipped kitchen. The apartament will be at exclusive use, no places will be shared with other people.

The Apartment is on the ground floor immersed in the garden with adjacent free parking, guests will enjoy a romantic setting with table. Wi-fi is free throughout the house.

The Apartment consists of Room Poli in pastel colors with a private bathroom and personalized access. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with shower and bidet.
It offers a fully equipped kitchen with a large table and a comfortable lounge with tiled stove.
The living area overlooks an independent porch, which is a covered area in direct contact with the garden, equipped with table, chairs and sofa.

Monticchiello as a place is fantastic with great shops and restaurants. The people of the village are so friendly and welcoming. It is the best place to visit in all of Italy. The accomodation was five star and it became our home for fifteen days. Futura and family are the best hosts so thank you for making our stay the most memorable of our six week stay in Italy. We arrived to a lovely big basket of fruit and a homemade cake. Futura then came in person to welcome us and give us suggestions of things to do in the area. She arranged for us to attend a cooking class at Daria in the village. The cooking class was SO much fun and awesome food at the restaurant. Futura answered any of our questions promptly. At the end of our stay she came by to wish us well. Truly an exceptional host. Would highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

Amazing family as our host, could not ask for anything better, Futura, Flora and Poli, were so kind and the hospitality was over the top!!! We are looking forward to our next visit 💕

It was our first trip to Italy and we arrived a day late because our flight was canceled. We were hopelessly lost because a friend had put in an incorrect address in our GPS but the host was gracious and understanding even though we kept him waiting for almost two hours. All our stress melted away in this lovely villa that had everything we could have possibly needed and more. The grounds were charming with herb gardens and fruit trees. I highly recommend staying here, easy access to just about anywhere. We visited Siena, Pienza and then headed for Asciano for our son's wedding for three days before heading home. Hospitality with a capital H Bravo
