Welcome to El Salvador and to Happy Farallon Beach house! Our property is family friendly with grass covered tended gardens, coconut trees, hammock terrace, nice sized swimming pool, barbecue area, open spaces, fully equipped Kitchen and plenty of parking for family and friends. The Estate has a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All with air conditioners and ceiling fans. There are 4 TV´s and various games available. The property has panoramic view to the ocean and private access to the beach. It also has private security, a guard-house and a domestic service area and room.
Our beach house boasts of awesome sunsets and it is new in the rental market, minimum stay 2 nights, take advantage now!
ESTATE DESCRIPTION:
POOL & GARDENS: amazing pool with view, barbecue area, outdoor showers, bathroom.
MAIN HOUSE: 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom, equipped Kitchen, Breakfast bar, main living room and spacious terrace with different views to the Ocean.
Bedroom #1: 1 Queen bed, 1 bunkbed, A/C, ceiling fans, shared bathroom/shower with bedroom #2.
Bedroom #2: 1 bunkbed (Queen size and Full size bed), A/C, ceiling fan, shared bathroom/shower.
Bedroom #3: 1 King bed, 2 bunkbeds (2 Queen & 2 Full beds), A/C, ceiling fans, TV, walking closet, shared large bathroom/shower with bedroom #4.
Bedroom #4: 2 bunkbeds (2 Queen & 2 Full beds), view to the Ocean and pool, A/C, shared large bathroom/shower.
Bedroom #5 (Tower): 1 King bed, 1 bunkbed (Queen & Full bed), A/C, ceiling fans, TV, walking-closet, own bathroom/shower. It boasts with an amazing view to the Ocean from the bedroom and its private terrace on the second floor.
BEACH: The house has private beach access through stone steps and a gate which stays closed for security. The property counts with its own private security and maintenance as well as a room for domestic helper.
FEES:
Cleaning Fee ($15/night) paid directly to house keeper on site.
** If a chef needed, ($30/night) paid directly to the cook **
- Provides Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner!

10/10 BEAUTIFUL home! We stayed here with family and it was the perfect house. The view is amazing, host was very helpful and answered promptly any questions we had. This house is very spacious and comfortable. Book this home if you’re staying in El Salvador. Definitely will be back.

I stayed in this home with 17 others. The pictures do not do the property justice. The house is one of if not the nicest vacation homes I have ever stayed in. The view was priceless. The bedrooms were pristine, all air conditioned and cleaned daily. The beds themselves were comfortable and of much higher quality than your traditional hotel bed. The outdoor area is remarkable. The pool is exquisite and perfect for cooling off on a hot day. The surrounding grass area is marvelous and there is an outdoor shower that is quite handy when returning from the beach and a grill that we used for BBQ. The stairs down to the water are awesome. Be careful at high tide, but at low tide you can jump off the stairs into about ankle high water. If you are feeling adventurous, there is an awe-inspiring cave system right there that is accessible at low tide. The home is situated quite conveniently. It is an easy 7-10 minute walk from El Tunco, where there are places to eat, shop, go out, rent surf boards, and of course, surf. The home was also only about a 30-40 minute ride from the airport. The host Rina was communicative and helpful. She allowed us to check into the house at 8AM when it was originally supposed to be 3PM. The housekeepers, Eva and David, were kind and diligent. If you are looking for a comfortable, conveniently located, and well-maintained beach front home with a gracious host, this is the place for you.

My family and I stayed here for seven nights. The property is beautiful, the house is spacious and the staff is accommodating. However, when you set a nightly rate you also set a standard for your guests. During our stay there were multiple maintenance issues including a leaky toilet in one bathroom, a clogged shower in another and one of the ac units stopped working in one of the bedrooms. The owner did address the leaky toilet and gave us a credit for that issue but the other two issues went unresolved. Furthermore, El Salvador is known to have power outages and it is obvious that the weather cannot be controlled but the owner and the staff were completely unprepared for power outages. When the power goes out so does the running water. One evening after a full day of excursions my family and I were stuck in the dark with no AC and no running water for over five hours. There was no working generator, no water reserve, no flashlights/lanterns, not a single candle was lit for us. Although the owner sent someone out to try to fix a generator it was unable to be fixed. You’d think there would be a working generator on the property. Yes, the property is beautiful, but the price tag did not match the standard of care.
