This property allows up to 2 dogs only for an additional fee of $49 nightly. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non compliance. The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. There is parking for 3 vehicles at the property (1 in garage, 2 in driveway). Amazing home that was super close to the emerald bus line for easy access to the Winter Park resort. Literally a one minute walk. Don't forget to store your skis at the resort if you rent them there. Otherwise ski rack area in garage.
Loved the golden tee, hot tub, huge kitchen. Fridge has a water spout so easy access to filtered water.
We were also super close to the brewery (about 3 minute walk).
We were able to park our full size 8 person suburban in the garage.
Would 100% recommend.

Highly recommend this place! Beautiful views, very clean and TONS of space for larger groups. We had 7 adults. Not far at all from town and slopes. This trip was with work friends but I will definitely be bringing the family back!

This was a very cozy spot that accommodated my very large family. It was the first time my husband and I took our 9 children and their plus ones on a family vacation, and it was in a great location, it was quiet and very roomy! We look forward to another stay here in the future!

I trust this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention the challenges we encountered during our recent stay at your beautiful property. Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected avalanche and record-breaking snowstorm, which significantly affected our plans.
Considering the unforeseen circumstances, I was hoping you would reach out for a late checkout or an extra day to allow us more time to navigate the aftermath of the weather conditions. I understand the difficulties such events can pose. However you were very adamant about us leaving. Despite not having guest check in that day. I thought it was very distasteful with customer service/care.
