Location is excellent, 20m from beach and 10m from most shops, also a lot to see in vicinity. Excellent sand beach not crowded. Parking place sufficient for 2 cars and very convenient. Garden is very nice with various trees and flowers which ives a little shadow
House must have A/C at least in few locations, as even when weather is windy is not being ventilated well. in the garden would be nice to have tent to chill under. 2nd floor can be used better as it has better air flow, so tent+table chairs would help to cool in the evenings
