When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms awaiting you. The master bedroom features a luxurious King bed for a restful night's sleep, while the other two bedrooms offer comfortable Queen beds, accommodating your family or group of friends with ease. Need extra sleeping space? The couch in the laundry room has a convenient fold-out bed that sleeps an additional guest.
Freshen up in one of our two bathrooms, both equipped with tub/shower combos for your convenience. And don't worry about packing extra clothes – our laundry room is equipped with everything you need to keep your wardrobe fresh and clean throughout your stay.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out (Subject to Availability) Early check-in and late check-out MAY be available for an additional fee of $20.00 per hour, for up to 2 hours. Early check-in: Payment must be submitted before 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. Late check-out: Payment must be submitted no later than 10:00 PM on the evening before departure.
**Please do not have mail sent to this property as we do not have the mailbox keys. If you are needing something delivered from USPS, you will need to contact the local post office to make pickup arrangements.**
Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. If there is any violation to this policy, a fee of $500 will be charged immediately.
This property is not pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. There will not be any exceptions to this policy as the owner has terrible pet allergies and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this. If you have a service animal, proof of registration is required BEFORE you book.
We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short 2-3 day stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense.
Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

Lubbock is a large city in terms of land size, so a vehicle is recommended for your stay. If you don't have a vehicle, you can get away with using either Uber or Lyft rideshare services.

Parties are strictly prohibited and any violation of this rule will result in an immediate $500 fee.

Host-Initiated Cancellation Policy
While we make every effort to honor all confirmed reservations, there may be rare instances where cancellation is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event that we must cancel your reservation, the following terms apply:
Full Refund: Guests will receive a 100% refund of any payments made toward the reservation.
No Additional Liability: Our responsibility is limited strictly to the refund of monies paid. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest as a result of the cancellation, including but not limited to alternative accommodations, transportation, or other travel-related expenses.
Best Efforts to Assist: In the event of a cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative accommodations within our property network, if available, but we cannot guarantee availability or rates.
Force Majeure Clause: We reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to property damage, utility failures, natural disasters, or changes in local regulations that affect short-term rentals.
Sale of Property: In the event the property is sold prior to your scheduled stay and the new owner does not wish to honor existing bookings, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. A full refund of any payments made will be issued, but we are not liable for securing alternative accommodations or covering additional expenses.
Removal from Rental Market: We reserve the right to cancel reservations if the property is permanently or temporarily removed from the short-term rental market for any reason. Should this occur, a full refund will be issued, and no further compensation or liability will be assumed.

Check-in information, including the keypad code, will be sent before your check-in date. We reserve the right to decline any alteration request. Any credit card fees charged when booking will not be refunded if a trip is cancelled.

Was a great house- such fun decor and each bedroom had a different theme! Had everything we needed for our stay! House was immaculately clean and beds comfortable! Had a few questions prior to our stay and the hosts responded much faster than expected and were really great!

Communication with the hosts was good they allowed us early entry into the home by 1 hour. It was cute. Decorations were bright and inviting. I noticed it seemed the house hadn’t been swept in a while when there were dead bugs in living room, kitchen and laundry room areas. But I was ok because I figured at least they are actively spraying. However, about 2 am Saturday in deep sleep I felt something crawling on my arm. I swatted it off my arm and got up to look for it I wasn’t sure if it was like a scorpion that could cause some real pain. What I found was disturbing a roach. A roach crawled into the bed and crawled in my arm. When I sent the first message through VRBO I knew there would be no response it was 2 am so I waited and sent a message directly to the hosts. The response was pretty disappointing. Talking about TX and it’s expected to see bugs around. They would have someone come spray after we left. I think if someone would have come by and cleaned the house before we checked in perhaps they would’ve seen the dead bugs and acted on that before this happened. I do not recommend this home.
