The property is in an excellent spot, I have already given feedback to the company. The ac controller batteries were dead, which they addressed and the back was off, it was difficult to understand that only 1 controller was needed to operate both systems. the room was not totally as depicted, the lamp in the corner was unsteady as was the upstair hanging apparatus. Minimal dishtowels and no paper towels. Stairs, not their problem, are a lot and folks should know that in the case of elderly folks.

Superb location - close to restaurants, train station, and Arvo River. Kitchen has all necessary items and tupperware for cooking. Extra duvets for beds, and the AC on both floors were super appreciated. Host was quick at replying.

Overall a very charming loft in center of Firenze, in a very charming neighborhood close to pubs and restaurants.
We loved the loft we just thought it could benefit from a bit of maintenance. Apart from that the access to the flat and the logistics were on point. Big thanks to Madeleine for her professionalism and friendliness.
