Lovely location in Beaver Creek and nicely sized for our family & 2 young children. The kitchen is nicely updated, and was well stocked with essentials which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend staying at this condo!

Can’t beat the location! Love the accessibility of the ski in ski out. At the same time a very short walk to all the village has to offer.

Fantastic apartment with ski-in/ski-out access.We’ve stayed at Townsend Place for the past few years, and this was one of the nicest units we’ve experienced. With three bedrooms, we were able to avoid using the living room sofa for sleeping, which made a big difference for our family. The unit is also more spacious than others we’ve stayed in.The apartment was fully stocked and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the property manager was excellent throughout. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Townsend Place and would consider for our return trips to Beaver Creek. Unit is very comfortable and as-advertised. There is one king bedroom and adjoining bath on the main level and two more bedrooms (1 king & 1 bunk room) and bathroom upstairs. The bottom bunk is a little tight and not suitable for adults, but otherwise very functional. This is not a new unit and is showing some age, though it’s comfortable and relatively good value given proximity to the center of the village.
