Open the sliding glass doors to a covered patio overlooking your private pool and boat deck. There are also 3 bedrooms (1 queen with a private bath), 2 other bedrooms off of the recreation room. The first floor also offers a laundry room with 2 washers and dryers for your personal use.
The second floor has wide open spaces and beautiful natural light that makes it bright and airy. The living room has a 60" television, comfortable seating for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you should need to prepare meals. The custom dinning room table offers plenty of seating for meals, games or just catching up. Outside the deck overlooks the pool and waterway. It's the perfect place to grill your lunch or dinner. The private crows nest on the top of the house offers beautiful views of the ocean and the bay.
