This elegant 3-room vacation rental spans 70 m2 and is situated on the 7th floor of the building, benefiting from a south-facing position that ensures abundant natural light throughout the day. The apartment has been fully renovated and is furnished with luxurious and tasteful décor, accommodating a maximum capacity of 8 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The entrance hall features 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a practical and comfortable sleeping area. The spacious living and dining room is equipped with 1 double sofabed of 160 cm, offering additional sleeping space for guests. This room opens directly onto one of the 3 south-facing balconies, where you can enjoy a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. The first bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed of 140 cm, includes its own shower, and also opens onto a south-facing balcony. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds of 80 cm each and similarly provides direct access to a south-facing balcony. The bathroom and a separate WC complete the sanitary facilities of the apartment. All 3 balconies face south and are furnished with balcony furniture and 4 deck chairs.
