Plenty of space for your group to relax and recharge after a full day on the trails.

Enjoy the outdoor firepit, perfect for winding down after a day of riding and relaxing with your group.

Trailer-friendly setup with convenient access, making it easy to unload and get settled.

Located near the trail system and just a short drive to downtown Matewan for gas, food, and supplies.

ATV-Friendly Property: This unit offers direct access to the Devil Anse Trail System, so you can ride straight from the property. Please follow all local trail rules and ride responsibly.
Parking: On-site parking is available for up to two trucks with trailers. Please park in designated areas only.
Occupancy: The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Please ensure your group size matches your reservation.
Property Type: This is a simple, clean, and comfortable stay—perfect for riders and small groups. It is not a luxury cabin.
Firepit Use: Guests are welcome to enjoy the firepit. Please use responsibly and fully extinguish fires when finished.
Firewood is not provided, but we can connect you with a local supplier if needed.
Location: Conveniently located near the trail system and just a short drive to downtown Matewan for food, gas, and supplies.
Respect the Property: Please treat the home with care and be mindful of noise, especially during late hours.
No parties, no outside vendors, no overnight guests without our approval prior to your stay.
Do not engage in illegal activity on the property at any time.
If you break or damage anything in or on the property, please let us know so we can arrange for its repair before the next guest’s arrival.
No smoking
Pets are allowed with $50 pet fee, however, please keep them off the couches and bed. If comforter has to be deep cleaned due to animals there will be a fee.
Any missing items from the home that are not returned will result in fees for each item.

Plenty of room for the crew, if you have one. Close proximity to HMT is awesome! Matewan is just down the road with a few good ppaces to eat. Enjoyed the stay.

The property is fixed up and was clean. No issues with our stay. The area is remote but perfect for hitting the trails. We would recommend for those in the area for trail riding.
