Welcome to Novo Luxury apartment. A newly renovated first-floor c.1912 heritage-listed property in the coastal seaside town of Penguin, Tasmania. Enjoy 180 degree north facing sea views over the Bass Strait just 10 meters from Penguin beach.
Relax and enjoy this stunning private luxury 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment of approx. 300 sqm. Featuring a spacious open plan living and entertainment areas decorated with beautiful artworks & furnishings to ensure your stay is truly unique.

- Master bedroom: King (ensuite)
- 2nd bedroom: Queen
- 3rd bedroom: Queen
Extra Bedding
- 2 x single mattresses
- 1 x bed bag - which is the large bean bag in the living room. This unzips and rolls out into a single foam mattress - only suitable for children.
Extra bedding is provided for this and can be located in the laundry.
Bathroom: 2 x bathrooms
Maximum of 9 guests
Home Truths:
- Access to the property is via 2 flights of stairs.
- Non-smoking property.
- Pet free environment.
- Located on the first floor - accessible only via stairs.
- Driveway on street level.
- Please note this is a heritage-listed property, and as such retains its original character and charm. Due to the nature of the building's construction, some sound transfer between rooms is to be expected.
Maximum overnight occupancy is strictly 9 guests
Please note: The property is priced on a base rate of 2 people staying, additional guests are charged extra per person per night. Please state exactly how many people are staying at the time of booking.
Should you plan to have a small number of daytime visitors (maximum 4) please check first with your host. Failure to do this may result in an additional event fee being charged and non-refund of bond.

From the moment we walked into our penguin accommodation we were overwhelmed - it was simply beautiful. The property was incredibly comfortable, with breathtaking views and a location that couldn't be better. It suited all our needs perfectly. We honestly can't begin to say how much we enjoyed our stay. If it were possible we would give it 6 stars!Staying here was one of the highlights of our holiday in Tasmania.We also fell in love with Penguin itself - such a charming little town.A truly memorable experience all round.cheers Michael and Chris

Large and spacious in a great locality. However, we found the stairs very steep, people who have mobility problems may not cope. Paying a premium nightly rate, in our opinion it was quite unreasonable to ask guests to water the plants & put the rubbish bins out into the street. A missing louvre in the ensuite meant we had to cover the gap with a bath towel to give us privacy from the lounge. No mention was made of this prior to arrival. Time of check in was a little confusing as we were informed it was 3.00pm but on our arrival the compendium stated it was 2.00pm.
